I believe in relationship building. Building relationships should be free, but many community members no longer have much time for free. The best way to build a relationship is to converse around shared interests. Your home or boat is our shared interest. 
 

I'm not a lawyer requiring a retainer or charging in 15-minute increments. I am available for thirty-minute conversations on Saturday mornings, for free. There will not be a hard-out to end the call. We will wrap up thoughts on a solid note. You can schedule my time twice a year. I'll keep a tally.
 

I am not a counselor, but I counsel. We can chat about any home or boat topic you want. With question and response, it'll be a feedback loop that may spark more questions than answers, but at least you can get some thoughts out of your head and onto paper before decisions have to be made. You can schedule two chats a year for free without hiring me. Yes, the goal is that you will hire me when the time is right. But if that doesn't happen, at least we both made an effort.
